RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

Our goal is to make sure you love our product as much as we enjoyed creating it.

If an item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and has the original tags, we can exchange it for a different size or style within 7 days of delivery.

Note:

SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return Policy

If the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retains the original tags, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Returns happen via Bank Transfer, which can take up to 15 business days.

We would need clear parcel opening videos or pictures if there was a defect in the product.

If it passes our quality inspection, we will process your request as soon as we receive it.

A return/exchange request can only be made once per item.

Cancellation Policy

After 24 hours of placing the order, cancellations will not be accepted.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you would like to make changes to existing details such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please contact us at info@majicthread.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will arrange for the same if it has not been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders. For any size related queries, please contact us before placing your order.
